Sorry, that's not quite right; I must have done the minimum as stated in the first post and later increased my monthly contributions once the cashback had been received.

I only made a lump sum investment for the cashback but started making regular contributions afterwards.

Amazon Credit Card points earned for spending outside of Amazon will be halved to 0.25% (0.5 point per £2 spent) from 29 April 2019. Spending at Amazon points remain unchanged.

I see a reply elsewhere that says it's USA only. That's too bad; my employer has just switched my Windows Mobile for an iPhone this week, so I was looking forward to the 2% cashback as a bonus!
