Re: Bank of Scotland Vantage change

Is three the limit please? That's the published limit in the account T&Cs, yes. Although I was prepared to gamble with multiple TSB accounts, in the current climate (and on the off chance that BoS don't cut the rate in the foreseeable future) I'm not prepared to have a go with this one! You may...

Re: Bank of Scotland Vantage change

Wreckless possibly, but third opened online (while logged in) with no issues ;).

Is three the limit please? Seems to be better place to move Satander 123 savings to.

Re: Bank of Scotland Vantage change

Just to update - for some reason my existing Halifax login wasn't working on the BoS website - after a few more atttempts it asked if I wanted to reset - I did so (to the same I thought it was to start with!) and it then let me in. Now works on both BoS and Halifax. Feeling brave, I applied for anot...

Re: Bank of Scotland Vantage change

That is normal (and quite handy I find). Will not affect further applications - but if you want to add the next 2, i'd log in via BoS.... Thank you - I tried my existing Halifax login details on the BoS site but they don't seem to work? Or do I have to register for their site separately (even thoug...

Re: Extra TSB classic accounts

£100 cashback is now being offered as a switching bonus on MSE for opening a new TSB Classic before 11th December and switching before end December (so long as you have not had switching bonus previously - need to check if I have? Did they have them when we opened the two accounts when that was allo...

Re: Account Armageddon - TSB, Llloyds, BoS, Halifax

Tesco account opened - very straightforward when logged in to the Tesco Savings website (unlike HSBC where it referred at stage 5 and they will be in touch). Did someone mention I can have more than one? How many? It may be good to move cash here from San123 with the rate drop - I akso opened a BoS ...

Nationwide £100 RAF

Has anyone experience with the £100 for you/£100 for referee Refer A Friend Scheme? Just thinking out loud - I have the FlexDirect account that I am downgrading to Flex as I have had it a year. I also have another FlexAccount - could I use this second account to upgrade back to FlexDirect and hopefu...

Re: Account Armageddon - TSB, Llloyds, BoS, Halifax

Thank you Sarah - I already have Tesco Savings (used for direct debits for all the account switches :)) so may have to take the plunge with a current account without a switch then wait for any offers to come through. Did I read that you can have 2 of their current accounts? 3% is reasonable in the c...
