Not really. This would only be useful for anyone that hasn't previously converted points:

Get 250 bonus Avios on your first conversion of at least 2,000 Nectar points into Avios from 1 September 2021 to 27 September 2021 inclusive (the “Offer Period”).

I posted the link mostly just because it's not always easy to find - not from the Avios site anyway; it seems easier to navigate there from the Nectar site.

IMPORTANT

The conversion rate is becoming asymmetric from 16 November 2022!

When converting Avios to Nectar points, you currently receive 400 Nectar points for every 250 Avios converted. From 16 November 2022 that will change to 400 Nectar points for every 300 Avios that you convert. The Nectar to Avios conversion rate will remain the same.
