Halifax Current account - application issues

I applied for an extra current account today, the aim of the exercise was to upgrade it to a reward account. I noticed a few changes which resulted in me aborting the application.
The application form required me to enter new Internet banking setup details. I couldn't progress without populating the fields. Other than my initial application, I haven't had to do this.
Has anyone else experienced this?
