Re: Co-op account opportunity

Sorry, I meant the 5p co-op debit card bonus. I agree with Stringybob that it's too onerous to go after.

With regard to getting the TSB £5 x 6 using PO to process from TSB to Co-op, it might work. The theory being that Visa might see it as a purchase at PO.

Re: Co-op account opportunity

I reckon you're in with a good chance of this working. Is this to earn the extra debit card usage bonus?

Re: Go big or go home (or pay for one!)

Well done, a contrarian move and not one for the faint hearted. In the past I have read of stoozers who have fully offset their residential mortgages using balance transfers. The one in April required me to set up another online banking account. Then when I applied for a further account using the new username, it set up t...

Stoozer personality profile

I've always thought to be a good stoozer, you need to be a certain type of character. My other half would have no chance and no interest either and I firmly believe that's because she is a different profile to me entirely. So I thought I'd pull together a list of traits I have that I think make me a...

Re: Co-op account opportunity

This is a great deal, I hadn't seen it. I like the ongoing £4/month part (and the huge switch bonus of course!). Conveniently my Nationwide Flex Direct 5% deal has just lapsed.

Thanks for highlighting this YorkshireBoy! 8-)

Re: Barclaycard offer

You will need to slow stooze this. Do as much everyday spending as possible using your credit card and make the minimum repayment to the credit card each month. You then save the difference at the highest possible rate and use this fund to repay the card at the end of the deal. This only works if yo...
