i tend to agree.. i can't imagine NatWest being my main current account provider: I'd have HSBC and Lloyds ahead of them for sure: better service on the phone and in branch, and A4 statements .

My £40 still hasn't tracked (from Saturday 10/11/18), and now quidco say they are unable to investigate ??

The fact they've completely disappeared from quidco is a bit weird.
