This offer switches off paper statements - but opting back in again shouldn't affect eligibility for the £10.

New offer £10 for switching from physical secure key to digital secure key; also switches off paper statements but can opt back in again.

I didn't get around to the first offer but tried the second and received my £10 yesterday - pretty quick, only took a week whereas they say in the T&Cs it might not be credited until 20 January 2021.
